There is growing questions that the future of Chelsea Football Club’s manager Carlo Ancelotti is in doubt. Despite Chelsea being at the top of the Premier Little league, they have lost three of their last four little league matches, and a 0-3 home defeat by Sunderland was their biggest home little league defeat in eight years.

Newspapers have reported that Ancelotti is unhappy with treating Ray Wilkins, the former admin manager, who left Chelsea suddenly a week 일본야구중계 ago after his contract was not restored and he left the club with immediate effect. Questions is all around the reasons for his starting, although no official reason has been given. Wilkins who is considered considering legal action contrary to the club regarding his termination, has now been replaced by first team scout Michael Emenalo,

Despite winning the Premier Little league and FA Cup last season, the clubs first ‘double’ in their 105 year history and reviewing a record 103 goals in a Premiership season, Ancelotti has yet to be offered an off shoot to his contract which expires in 2012. Chelsea are currently the top of Premier Little league, albeit by goal difference, and they have likewise qualified the past 16 of the Winners Little league.

Ancelotti haven’t expanded on the reasons for the Wilkins starting, but has said ‘The club decided to change and I have to stay focused on my job’ and following the 1-0 defeat at Birmingham, Ancelotti suggested he did not have total control of the team comparing his position fot it of Manchester United’s Mister Alex Ferguson, he said ‘You have to compare me with Ferguson. Ferguson has total control of the team. I am just technical direction. Full stop. ha

Questions also is all around the administrators control of club signings, as Chelsea prepare themselves for UEFA’s new Financial Fair Play regulations, which effectively means that a club must break even financially otherwise they do not be allowed to compete in the lucrative Winners Little league.

Chelsea have made huge financial of losses during the last few years, and they are now attempting to cut their massive salary bill and transfer spending. Before the start of the 2010/11 season, Chelsea released several experienced players including Michael Ballack, Joe Cole, Deco, Ricardo Carvalho and Juliano Belletti, a reported saving of £19 million a year.

The lack of depth and experience in the first team team could now take its toll on the team. With several key players injured Chelsea are now relaying on several players who have graduated from the club’s academy to switch those players who have left. There also appears to be a big change in transfer policy the signing of new players, as the cost cutting continues, compared with a few months ago, when £230 million was spent on new players in just two years

Ancelotti attemptedto clarify his position despite the rumours of his starting, he said ‘I have my contract until 2012, here, in this club. I’ve said very often that I’d like to stay here. I love not just this club, but these players. I don’t know whether it’s enough to clarify my position today to close these rumours and questions. These rumours are totally not true. ha

The question remains whether Ancelloti will actually to see out the remainder of his contract, a determination which could be studied by the club at any time, or whether he is in fact happy to remain at a club where he appears to have little control and have work within the increasing financial difficulties.
